    Solitude de Pré-d'en-Haut
    Une pratique kinésique de "mouvement des profondeurs" qui nous invite à renouer avec ce droit inné de tout être vivant, le mouvement. L’enseignement des principes de base et de l’approche proprioceptive prépare les bougeurs (yeux fermés) et les témoins (yeux ouverts) à écouter et à porter attention à ce que leur demande et désire leur corps. Demeurer présent sans imposer de sens ou d’intention prédéterminée invite le participant à vivre une expérience simple, profonde, et poétique.

    Animatrice: Monique Léger, détient la certification d’enseignement de Judith Koltai, fondatrice du Embodied Practice® dont le Mouvement authentique est une de ses deux disciplines fondatrices.
