As part of Nutrition Month, the J'MEM Committee invites you to attend a video presentation (in English) by Seamus Mullen, chef and cookbook author, on how he has defeated inflammatory and autoimmune diseases by changing his diet. The presentation will be followed by an informal discussion.

Véronic Cormier, holistic nutritionist and coordinator for Semer dans la Vallée, will make us think and share how our diet influences our health.
