It's official! The Village de Memramcook will host an amateur ice cross downhill event, better known as Crashed Ice, in February 2018.
Project led by the municipality with the expertise of Bruno Richard, Memramcook will present the only ice cross downhill race in Atlantic Canada this winter. The individual qualifiers will be held on
Friday, February 2, while the main event, featuring waves of four skaters, will be presented on
Saturday, February 3.
- The registration fee is $ 50.
- To participate, athletes must be 16 years of age or older on December 31, 2017.
- The track will be of beginner level with some intermediate obstacles and it will measure approximately 250 meters.
